여러 선생님들을 제4회 New Horizon 모임에 초청하게 되어 영광입니다. 올해의 주제는 최소침습적 대동맥 수술로 정하였습니다. 세부적인 제목은 대동맥궁의 동맥류에 대한 치료와 trans-catheter aortic valve implantation 입니다. 첫째날(10월 8일) 저녁에는 대동맥 궁 동맥류의 Hybrid 술식에 대한 특강 및 여러 병원의 증례를 토론하는 시간을 가지고, 이틀째는 endovascular repair의 기본적인 개념부터 대동맥 궁의 동맥류에 대한 전통적인 치료 방법과 Hybrid 술식의 비교 및 임상적으로 중요한 부분에 대해서 알아보고자 합니다. 또한, trans-cather aortic valve implantation에 대한 trans-femoral approach와 trans-apical approach의 방법에 대해서 비교하고자 합니다. 마지막으로 endovascular repair후 환자 관리 및 합병증의 치료에 대해서 알아보고자 합니다.
올해의 주제가 최근에 많은 관심을 가지고 있는 분야이기 때문에 여러 선생님들께 도움이 될 것이라 생각되며, 열심히 준비하겠습니다. 많은 참석바랍니다. |
